Shipping
Preorder / Made to order only items have separate delivery dates and may take up 2-4 weeks.
A few notes: Any and all orders/emails sent on the weekend will be shipped/responded to the following business day.

Returns
We hope you are satisfied with your Alexandra Marie creation, however, if for any reason, you are not, you must return it to us in saleable condition within 7 days of receipt.
Returned parcels will be refunded within 3 working days once the garment is received if not sooner.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Please email us for a return address and post the parcel back to the address on the returns slip. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will not be held liable for returned items lost or damaged in transit and therefore strongly suggest that you send your parcel via a ‘Tracked/Signed For’ service.
The returned item(s) must:
– Be in perfect condition
– The garment tags must not have been tampered with or removed
– Free from any stains and unworn
Exchanges
In order to exchange an item please email us.
Return postage is at your own cost and further postage costs may be incurred.
Rules on “Custom-size” selected orders only
If you select custom sizing, you will be emailed to book a virtual fitting within 48 hours of your order.
Virtual fittings must be booked within 2 days of email receipt, otherwise your order will be automatically refunded.
No-shows for virtual fittings will be charged 25 euro, and the rest of your order will be refunded in 3-5 business days from the time of your appointment. If you need to rebook your virtual fitting, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment time. You can rebook using the link, or send us an email.
Custom-sized orders ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for refunds or exchanges once the production process has begun.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for creation of your custom garment.
